Here’s a delicious immune-boosting CBD Smoothie recipe that you can make at home. Incorporating a variety of fruits, juices, and spices that contain vitamin A, vitamin C, antioxidants, CBD, and more, protect your health and jumpstart your immune system by blending these helpful ingredients together.
CBD Immunity Smoothie
Yield: 1 - 2 smoothies
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen banana
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 lemon squeezed/juiced
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Blood Orange/Papaya/Raspberry Layer
1 small blood orange, peeled and separated
1 cup frozen papaya
1 cup frozen raspberries
3/4 cup pomegranate juice
2 teaspoons CBD honey
Start with the Mango/Banana/Lemon layer. Add ingredients into a blender and purée. Empty the smoothie into two cups and set aside. Next, blend the Blood Orange/Papaya/Raspberry layer together. Pour the red smoothie layer on top of the yellow smoothie layer, alternating the colors, and enjoy!
