Nonalcoholic End-of-Summer Sangria

Both tangy and sweet, this alcohol-free end-of-summer cannabis-infused sangria combines cranberry raspberry juice with orange juice and fresh-pressed citrus juices for a light and refreshing drinking experience. Prepare the sangria as a large batch, but make sure to infuse each drink individually for consistent dosing. Add a splash of club soda for a light sparkle on the palate, then garnish before serving. Enjoy!

End-of-Summer Sangria

Servings: 8 drinks

Target Dose: 4 mg THC per drink (using 2 caps of Good Stuff Raspberry Lemonade) or your preferred dose using a CBD/THC tincture of your choice. Quick tip! You can also top this drink with a cannabis-infused seltzer instead of club soda if you do not have Good Stuff or a tincture at home. Use the method that's most convenient to enhance this beverage at home.

Equipment:

Pitcher

Shallow saucer

Stemless wine glasses

Ladle

Bar spoon

Ingredients:

End of Summer Sangria

2 oranges

2 limes

4 - 5 medium strawberries, sliced

½ cup raspberries

4 cups cranberry raspberry juice

1 cup pulp-free orange juice

½ cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice, pulp removed

¼ cup fresh-squeezed lime juice, pulp removed

2 capfuls Good Stuff Raspberry Lemonade or CBD/THC tincture of your choice (dose each drink individually)

Club soda

Lime wheel and floating raspberries and strawberry slices to garnish

Directions:

Begin by preparing the fruit. Slice the oranges and limes into rounds, leaving the peel on. Add the citrus to the bottom of a serving pitcher, then add strawberries and raspberries. Top with cranberry raspberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and lime juice. Stir to combine then let the sangria chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. The longer the sangria rests, the better the flavor as the juices and fruits soak in the flavors!

Once you’re ready to serve the sangria, use a ladle to scoop out a few pieces of the macerated fruit, then add the fruit to the bottom of a stemless wine glass filled with ice. Add two capfuls of Good Stuff Raspberry Lemonade, then top with a splash of club soda for some added bubbles. Stir to combine, then garnish with a lime wheel and floating raspberries and strawberry slices before serving.
