Servings: 1

Target Dose: 9.2 mg CBD | 3.2 mg THC per drink

Equipment:

Shaker tin

Muddler

Fine mesh strainer

Chilled sour glass

Ingredients:

4 thick slices English cucumber, peeled and chopped

3 - 4 sugar snap peas, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh tarragon

1 ounce freshly-squeezed lemon juice

2 ounces chamomile tea (freshly brewed, can be room temperature or chilled)

½ ounce rich simple syrup

½ teaspoon rosewater

1 milliliter (or 1 dropper full) Moods by Chemistry “Orange” Tincture

1 egg white

Garnish with flowers and pea tendrils (if you can find them)

Directions:

In a shaker tin, add the cucumber, sugar snap peas, fresh tarragon, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Muddle the ingredients together for 1 - 2 minutes to extract as much juice, color, and flavors as possible. Add the chamomile tea, rich simple syrup, rosewater, and Moods by Chemistry “Orange” Tincture. Muddle again, then dry shake the shaker tin (no ice) for 15 seconds. Add 3 - 4 ice cubes and shake again for 15 seconds or until very cold. Using a fine-mesh strainer, separate the solids from liquids over a chilled sour glass.
