Elevate Brunch With A Peachy CBD-ellini Cannabis Cocktail


As a classic brunch drink, Bellini’s are a fun way to celebrate a laid back Sunday. Combining a mouthwatering blend of cannabis-infused peach purée, peach liqueur, and Prosecco, this easy-drinking low dose recipe is not only delicious, but uplifting with spritzy characteristics that refresh the palate. This drink is best prepared using the summer season’s freshest white peaches, giving the beverage a glowing pink hue.


If you don’t have the supplies to infuse honey at home (find the recipe in my book, Cannabis Drinks), simply substitute for regular honey and then add your favorite unflavored CBD or THC tincture (at your preferred dose) into the peach purée ingredients, then follow the directions as written.

Peachy CBD-ellini


Yield: 1 serving


Target Dose: 3 mg CBD | <1 mg THC per drink (using Full-Spectrum Infused Honey, find the recipe in my book) or your preferred dose (using commercially made CBD or THC tincture of your choice)


Equipment:

Measuring spoons

Food processor or blender

4-ounce Mason jar

Chilled white wine glass


Ingredients:

For the Cannabis Peach Purée (yield = 4 ounces)

1 fresh, ripe white peach, seeded and cut into quarters

½ ounce lemon juice

2 teaspoons Full-Spectrum Infused Honey


For the Peachy CBD-ellini

1 ounce cannabis peach purée

1 slice peach, to float in the drink

½ ounce peach liqueur

Prosecco

Peach slice and mint sprig, for garnish


Directions:

Begin by preparing the cannabis-infused peach purée. Add the peach, lemon juice, and infused honey into a food processor or blender. Purée until smooth and creamy, then transfer into a 4-ounce Mason jar (save the leftover purée for a second round!).


Add the infused peach purée and a slice of peach to the bottom of a chilled white wine glass. Top with your desired amount of Prosecco, then stir together using a bar spoon. Garnish with an additional peach slice and a mint sprig before serving.
