With summer quickly approaching, there’s no better time to prepare a mouthwatering mojito. If you’re looking to skip the alcohol this season, you can still enjoy this delicious classic cocktail, but with an elevated twist. Introducing the Simply Seltzer Mixed Berry Cannabis Mojito, playfully infused with Gem + Jane’s Simply Seltzer and made with summer’s freshest berries, lime juice, agave nectar, and mint.
For those who love to craft drinks at home, you’re going to love Simply Seltzer. This beverage tastes just like traditional seltzer and does not impart any flavors into your cocktail so your other ingredients can shine on the palate. This low-dose beverage is also infused with several different phytocannabinoids, which enhances the drinking experience. One of the most unique cannabinoids included is THCV, a variation of THC that delivers a somewhat stimulating and uplifting buzz. Blended with Delta-9 THC and CBD, this mixer is a must-have and blends effortlessly into any recipe that calls for club soda or sparkling water.
While preparing the Simply Seltzer Mixed Berry Cannabis Mojito, I recommend adding ½ can of Simply Seltzer, which will fill your highball glass with liquid. Save the other ½ can for a second round or mix up a mojito for you and a friend. For the best flavor, be sure to head to your local grocery store or farmer’s market and pick up a selection of the season’s freshest berries. When muddled, these scrumptious fruits will release their juices for a boost of flavor as well as add a pop of bright colors.

Simply Seltzer Mixed Berry Cannabis Mojito
Yield: 1 drink
Target Dose: 2 mg THCV, < 1 mg Delta-9 THC, <1 mg CBD per drink (using ½ can)
Equipment:
Highball Glass
Bar spoon
Muddler
Ingredients:
1 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
½ ounce Agave nectar (use ¼ ounce if you prefer less sweet)
2 lime wedges
3 fresh blackberries
3 fresh raspberries
1 fresh large strawberry, cut into quarters
4 large fresh mint leaves
Cracked ice
Gem + Jane Simply Seltzer
Mint sprig, mixed berries, and edible flowers for garnish
Directions:
In a highball glass, add the lime juice and agave nectar. Using a bar spoon, vigorously stir the ingredients together until the agave fully dissolves into the lime juice. Add the lime wedges to the glass along with the blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. Using a muddler, gently muddle the ingredients to release the juices. Next, add the mint leaves and gently muddle again (be careful not to tear the mint leaves or over muddle to avoid overly green flavors!). Fill the glass to the top with cracked ice. Top with Gem + Jane Simply Seltzer, then stir well with a bar spoon. Garnish with a mint sprig, berries, and edible flowers before serving.

I appreciate the note about using only half the can — it’s the kind of practical tip recipes usually skip, and it helps keep the drink from going flat while you’re still muddling. Do you slap the mint first or just muddle it lightly? Side note, I was scrolling https://stylelooklab.com and the “small tweaks make a big difference” idea feels true here too — tiny changes in mint handling totally change the vibe.
Fresh farmers market berries really do make or break it — the watery supermarket ones don’t release much flavor when you muddle. I’d probably add a tiny pinch of salt too, just to make the lime pop more. Total tangent: the bright red/green color combo made me think of those cute ghibli ai portraits people do with summer scenes, but in drink form.
The “tastes like traditional seltzer” detail is actually huge — flavored sparkling waters can make a mojito taste like candy fast. If you were doing a batch for friends, would you muddle berries per glass or strain a quick berry-lime syrup ahead of time? Random memory: I saw https://hrefgo.com talking about how people keep packaging simple for clarity, and this recipe feels kind of like that — let the core ingredients do the work.
Love seeing a non-alcoholic “cocktail” that still feels like a proper ritual (muddle, fresh mint, real citrus) instead of just dumping stuff in a cup. I do wonder how people gauge their limits with low-dose THC drinks since it can creep up; I’ve used a bac calculator for alcohol before, and it made me realize how easy it is to misjudge timing. Either way, the berry + lime combo sounds like summer.
Half a can per highball is a smart call — I always overdo bubbles and end up diluting the lime/mint vibe. Also, muddling berries can go bitter if you really mash the seeds; a gentler press works better. Funny aside, I was zoning out with BlockBlast the other night and it made me want a “one more round” drink too, but this version sounds way more refreshing.
