As the perfect drink for entertaining, treat your guests to a glass of sparkling Elderflower, Pear, and Citrus Punch. Lightly infused with Gem + Jane, this recipe is both refreshing and easy to make, especially for an outdoor gathering as we enter the summer season.


To prepare this alcohol-free beverage at home, I recommend using a punch bowl or large pitcher to blend the ingredients together. Similar to making sangria, you’ll want to let the pear juice, citrus juices, and sliced fruit rest for a couple of hours before serving to extract as much flavor as possible. For best results, I recommend adding a splash of Gem + Jane Elderflower Pear for a boost of botanicals and bubbles. Just make sure to top each drink individually for precise and consistent dosing.


This recipe is a great option for those looking to explore cannabis drinks since it’s low-dose. Each Gem + Jane Elderflower Pear contains 4 milligrams Delta-8 THC, less than 2 milligrams Delta-9 THC, and 2 milligrams CBD for an approachable and mild experience.

Target Dose: 1 mg Delta-8 THC, < 0.50 mg Delta-9 THC, .50 mg CBD per drink (if using one can)

Equipment:

Saucepan

8-ounce Mason jar

Punch bowl

Bar spoon

Stemless wine glass

Ladle

Ingredients:

1 lemon

1 lime

1 pear

32 ounces organic pear juice

4 ounces fresh-squeezed lemon juice, pulp removed

3 ounces fresh-squeezed lime juice, pulp removed

Gem + Jane Elderflower Pear

Ice

Pear slice and seasonal flowers for garnish


Directions:

Begin by preparing the fruit. Slice the lemon, lime, and pear, leaving the peels on. Layer the sliced fruit in the bottom of a punch bowl, then add the juices. Stir to combine. Let the punch rest in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally from time to time. The longer the punch rests, the better the flavors will combine, so remember to be patient and allocate enough time to marinate.


Once you’re ready to serve the punch, use a ladle to scoop out a few pieces of the macerated fruit. Add to each glass filled with fresh ice, then top with punch and a splash of Gem + Jane Elderflower Pear. Stir with a bar spoon, then garnish with a fresh pear slice and seasonal flowers before serving.
