Thursday Infused: A Unique Canna-Culinary Experience

Thursday Infused is a gourmet series for the canna-curious. Guests will have a chance to meet the chef, discover new brands, and learn about cannabis at this educational happy hour in San Francisco. As we gear up for this one-of-a-kind event series launching March 8th, we wanted to share a preview of what's in store and why you should join us! Infused Small Plates

Each month we will be highlighting a different canna-chef that will prepare a few signature small plates for you to enjoy during the evening. These small plates are low-dose (a total of 5 milligrams per person), so if you are new to cannabis, don’t worry. Safe dosing is our mission. We want you to have an enjoyable edibles experience. While this event is not a dinner, we will have a wide selection of non-infused bites for you to taste through. You will not leave hungry!

Discover New Brands

During the event, our featured brand sponsors will have a chance to showcase their products, provide education, or host an interactive demo for guests to partake in. In March, The Herb Somm along with TSO Sonoma will guide guests through an Ellipsis Wine and TSO Farms cannabis aroma pairing, highlighting terpenes and the similarities between wine and cannabis. We will also get to sample HoneyPot’s signature CBD honey along with non-medicated artisan treats.

Learn About Cannabis

Now that recreational laws have passed, education is vital in this time of change. At Thursday Infused, it is our goal to educate our guests as much as possible so that you walk away with a greater understanding of cannabis. In partnership with Opulent Chef, Garden Society, and Mighty Health, we will provide you with education on how to incorporate cannabis into everyday life and different dining experiences.

Give Back

As part of our mission, we strive to promote healthy living and to give back to our community. For every Thursday Infused event held, we will donate a portion of event revenues to City Slicker Farms based in West Oakland. This 501(c)(3) nonprofit empowers West Oakland community members to meet the immediate and basic need for healthy food by creating organic, sustainable, and high-yield urban farms and backyard gardens.

Every guest will go home with a goodie bag. Each of our brand sponsors has selected a special takeaway for you to enjoy.

Raffle

At the end of each event, we will be raffling off select prizes. On March 8th, you will have the chance to win one of the following:
